Met in the town of Zock, mayor Scanlan sent the adventures on a quest. Providing them with the choice of two stereotypical graveyard or sewer adventures.
Later as the group were ambushed by Cultists of the Fade, Scanlan assisted the group as a cleric, and healed them as best he could after the fight. He then scored the group, saying he did not like the Fade Cult in his town bothering the NPCs and messing up the downtown areas.
After the group cleared the graveyard, Scanlan provided horses to Ash, as promised.
Named for Reggie Scanlan, bass player of The Radiators.
