We bring the box and scroll to Hawkwind. It’s the scroll she wanted – will help her read the book of zorn.

Hawkwind retreats to read scroll, we go to Bonus Room

Led zeppelin is there. They get Rel high on the toad.

Bonham brings Lux and Kex some “scotch”

Lots of talk of level 1 for Rel. Chase the Toad

Adelaide pukes.

Everyone else has a nice time. It’s dinner time now.  Cooky says he something weird. Undead flank steaks. Supposedly cooked in style of undead. Ghost steaks and spectre salad. Brings some spooky potato skins. Rel freaks out at the site of the potato skins bc he’s tripping.

Adelaide pukes again.

We leave. Rel still stripping. Gives everyone long hugs. We head back to the room.

In the morning, Cooky brings us Dragon Coffee and it’s really good. Roasted by dragon fire.

Knock on door, Rel answers.  Knox is there, Hawkwind is done reading the book – has discovered things.

She read through her dad’s diary. Family issues. Sex life. Athenish is adopted! Also Zorn went through a fading several years ago and found a way to enter the fade at will if one desired. Zorn never did, but those that did never returned.  Worked with mages, wizards to develop. Hawkwind wants us to consider entering the fade.  She’s gonna go to but has to wait for her sister. Hawkwind asks about Adelaide – we tell her she was still hanging with the band. Some venom talk between Rel and Hawkwind/Knox.

We make plans to go back to Ash. Cooky joins.

We hear some scraping down at the shore. Sounds like bad things afoot. Kex rushes down. We all do. There’s a cave and a dead person in front it. OMG IT’S ADELAIDE. Looks like she was bitten and smacked. There’s a sniffing sound coming from the cave.

Rel speaks to a bird. Asks if he knows this save. Bird doesn’t go in this cave. Rel asks about what happened to A – bite and crunch. Bite and crunch. Much bigger creature than Rel. Came out from water. Doesn’t know what’s in cave. Lux asks Rel if he’s still tripping. Bird has heard that beast is very odorous, sick smelling. Large. Green. Has a weapon. Carries a large trunk of a tree. Walks on two legs.

Rel tells us of ogre. Might be amphibious.

We flank sides of the cave. Cooky makes noise and starts to run away.

A large smelly creature comes out and we fight. Rel learns it’s an older River Troll. We fight it but it doesn’t want to die and keeps regenerating. We kill it a few times, then Cooky douses the corpse with dragon poison. It is now a heap. A dead heap.

Kex takes the silver.  We go into the cave. We find white, black, and green dragon scales. Rel takes a few – one of each of the smaller size. Kex takes green scales.  Cooky takes some too. There are scrolls on the workbench – but someone poured ink all over everything recently. We take the inky scrolls.

We decide not to talk about it and head to the docks.

We catch a boat back to Ash and ignore a small island. Go to Oddmore’s – Lux gets his disguise kit.

We go to cyclone, find dusk crown. He cleans up scroll and explains that scroll details a scam. Someone stealing scales, hiding them in cave for sea captain to pick up and brings back to ash.

We go to silver hall
We learn of wizard Dusk Crown over at the cyclone. Silver Hall wants Cat People to play a gig for a lot of money.

Then we go to Wayland Smithereens. Lux gets his shield. Kex asks about a dragon scale shield. Smithereens agrees to make shield – no payment needed until after the Cat People gig.
