Capital city of the land of Fellen, the river city of Alabeth is the seat of the kingdom, with the large castlechurch of the king dominating the city skyline.

Alabeth is home to the wonderous Time Inn, run by Morris; day manager. The Time hosts a number of concerts, but laments the attention brought by rival establishment the Silver Hall in Ash. The local smithy, which probably had a name at one point, is now known as Blast’s Smithy. Run by the titan mastersmith Blast himself, whose fame brings many to come gawk at the wonders created by the titan. Few are greeted by the giant himself.

The town guards are captained by Sir Timber, noblest of the Fellen Day-Knights.

Named for the precursor game of the Ultima series, which itself was named for a woman known to creator Richard Garriott.
