To combat the fading of the people of the land of Fellen, the Prelate summoned able bodied volunteers from all villages, towns, and cities of the land to the Chancel in the capital city of Alabeth. Our hearty adventurers answered the call.
During the summoning, the Prelate assigned the party to venture to the town of Ash, to seek the Seer. He also gave the players gold, supplies, and a token that was later exchanged for a sword wielded by Kexyl.
The Prelate can appear as an ethereal being in each major town as a type of Town Cryer. This apparition can deliver simple messages and answer basic questions, but cannot offer any personalized information. Pretty much just like the hologram on the Citadel in Mass Effect.
